I didn't need the extra bottle storage, because we have room in our buffet, but these are perfect {although I would have loved the decorating space in the PB version}. The best part? They have the wall-mounting system that Pottery Barn uses {which even my dad and husband were impressed with}. Almost a dead ringer and perfect knock-off for the Pottery Barn entertainment shelf!
Once I get these hung {which first requires me to finish painting the dining room} I'll take more detailed photos. But, if you are in the market for wine racks, make a quick trip to Costco!
I also scored this Visconti 4 light chandelier for $39.94. Not in love with how it looks in the box, but they had one hanging in the store and it looks really nice, especially for the price. I thought it would be perfect to replace one of the "boob" lights in on of our guest bedrooms. I found the identical light on Amazon for $109.97 instead of the regular $199. This tells me this was a MAJOR score!

Good finds Sarah! Was wondering if you could tell me where you got your hardwood for your old house? Did you order it online? Was it pre finished or did you have to stain it? Just trying to find hardwood flooring for our new house. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi Holly - Unfortunately the box didn't have much info, but we got it all from Nebraska Furniture Mart. It was all pre-finished, engineered hickory. They recommended engineered since we went with such a wide plank and the humidity is so high in Nebraska. The brand on it was Armstrong - I believe it was a new product that came out this spring & I believe it was only around $2.80 per square foot {not including installation}. I hope that is helpful!
DeleteHello! I am also in love with these shelf and almost bought the PB ones. Thankfully, I did some searching and found your site. I checked my local Costco and no luck. Do you mind telling me the brand name?
ReplyDeleteHi Alexandra-
DeleteUnfortunately I don't have the box any longer, but looking at the photos they have Kirkland wine bottles on them, which tells me it may be a Kirkland {Costco} brand. We got them the end of December and you know how things go at Costco - they were probably only around for a few weeks. Good luck in your search though!
Sarah
Thank you so much Sarah! PB might get me this time :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! I need to go to Costco it sounds like! How long ago was this?
ReplyDeleteHi Chelsea - Unfortunately it was late December and with the turnaround at Costco, they may be all out. But you should definitely take a look!
